STILL EXHIBITS:    FRIDAY, APRIL 5th
 
EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR SHOWMANSHIP AND BREEDING LIVESTOCK WITH A $25.00 LATE ENTRY FEE PER ENTRY:
TUESDAY, APRIL 30th
 
ALL 4-H CLUB, FFA CHAPTER AND INDEPENDENT LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO WORK THE JUNIOR LIVESTOCK AUCTION ON SATURDAY, MAY 11, 2024.
 
FAIR THEME PANEL ENTRIES FOR CLUB, CHAPTER AND INDEPENDENT EXHIBITORS ARE LISTED IN DEPARTMENT 1 - SPECIAL COMPETITIONS, AND ENTERED IN DIVISION 2
 
Online Entry
 
1.  Click on the "Register (1)" at the top right corner of the page.
2.  Choose type - click the drop-down arrow and choose "EXHIBITOR"
3.  Type First and Last Name, choose “New Exhibitor.
4.  Type in all required information and password (please keep password for future log-in), enter
5.  VERIFY all information (edit if needed).
6.  Click on "ADD ENTRIES"
7.  Follow instructions and submit all required information.
8.  MARKET ANIMALS –  (limit 1)
9.  For Club or Chapters, choose the “Quick Group” option when registering.  
10.  All Livestock animals must include Tag ID required for online entry (ear notch, scrapie, or identification number listed on registration or bill of sale).

Requirements:
 
-Over 18 years old
-OR parent/guardian of exhibitor under 18
-OR 4-H/FFA Advisor of exhibitor under 18
-OR be authorized by exhibitor if over 18  
 
In order to submit entries and other data online, it is required that entrant has read, understands and agrees to abide by State Rules for California Fairs, and all the rules and regulations governing the fair entries as published in the official Chowchilla-Madera County Fair Handbook.
 
ALL Livestock Exhibitors are required to complete the YQCA Program - Youth for the Quality and Care of Animals.  Certification Number for completion of the program is required and the certification number can be entered with the online entry.
